Corvara biotope lake

The only bathing lake in the Alta Badia is located in the village centre of Corvara, close to the lifts to the mountains of the Dolomites

In addition to the indoor pool in La Villa, the popular biotope lake in Corvara village is the second option for swimming in this beautiful part of South Tyrol. The small lake near the village centre is a true oasis of relaxation in the heart of the Dolomites. The biotope lake consists of three ponds, a sunbathing lawn with showers, a playground with a slide and lots of swings and a snack bar with sun terrace. It serves small dishes, refreshing drinks and ice cream.

The facility consists of the bathing pond itself, the children's pool and the regeneration pond. This ensures that the regeneration zone is protected during the swimming season. The water is mechanically and biologically cleaned, making the natural bathing pond a good alternative for allergy sufferers and people with skin problems who react to chlorine in swimming pools. The lake is also ideal for a stopover during a hike or cycle tour.
