For honey of the brand "Red Rooster" the bees may only search for nectar in South Tyrol, and their honey yield must not be increased by artificial feeding. Thus, the peasant honey specialities are completely natural.
The beekeepers ensure that the bee migration takes place in South Tyrol and the honey is extracted under the best conditions. The sweet delicacy can also be filled in glasses only, in which the liquid gold glows and spreads its unique fragrance.
