Under professional control the South Tyrolean milk changes into products like butter, yoghurt, quark and a wide range of cheeses which make every gourmet’s heart leap for joy. Besides cow’s milk also goat milk is processed under the trademark “Red Rooster”. Only natural cheese cultures are used.
