At the Valin Hof farm delicious cheese from raw cow’s milk is produced

Amidst the imposing mountain scenery of the Dolomites, the Valin farm is located above Selva Gardena at 1,650 m a.s.l. Since 2010, the high-quality cow's milk has been processed into very special cheese delicacies in the farm cheese dairy. "Stevia", "Iérbes" and "Medel" are just a few of the matured cheese varieties that are offered in the farm's own shop besides yoghurt and fresh cheese, but also in selected shops.

Access route: Coming from the centre of Wolkenstein, turn left into Rainel Straße and then take Daunëi Straße up the hill on the right-hand-side. You will come to Valin farm after about 1 km on the left (follow signposts).
