In the idyllic Val Casies valley you can find the Hintnerhof, which operates organic farming. The chickens live in a mobile stable and enjoy the fresh air and the sun. This is also reflected in the taste of the meadow eggs. Soup chickens are also offered at the farm upon advance order.

Access route: From Welsberg, drive towards Gsieser Tal valely and follow the road for about 7 km. After Binta Restaurant, turn right and drive to Hintnerhof farm (follow signs). The self-service farm shop is open daily.
