At the Santerhof farm thirst-quenching apple juice and wine is produced

No less than 40 different apple varieties as well as exquisite PIWI grapes are used and cultivated at the Santerhof according to strict biological guidelines and processed into fruit juice or wine. Just as the name suggests, the fruit farm is built on sandy soil and the high silicate percentage of the local Brixen/Bressanone granite lends the apples and grapes grown on the farm a particular taste that is reflected in the products.

Access route: Coming from Vahrn/Varna, drive through the village of Mühlbach/Rio Pusteria until you get to an underpass. After 30 m turn right for the farm. Coming from Bruneck/Brunico, drive into Mühlbach/Rio Pusteria and turn off left for the farm 150 m before the underpass.
