At the Hochgruberhof farm the Oberhollenzer family produces soft and semi-hard cheeses from raw cow’s milk.

The Hochgruberhof is located at 1,600 m a.s.l. and is one of the highest farms in the Valle di Selva dei Molini valley. In addition to cattle farming, hay milk is processed into delicious cheese on the farm. Species-appropriate husbandry and feeding of the animals create the best conditions for a distinctive quality product.
Access route: From Mühlwald/Selva dei Molini, go in the Lappach/Lappago direction. Turn left into Gornerstrasse when you reach a chapel on the left hand side. Follow this road for about 4 km up the hill and then downhill again to Hochgruberhof farm.
