At the Hochgruberhof farm the Oberhollenzer family produces soft and semi-hard cheeses from raw cow’s milk.

The Hochgruberhof farm is located at 1,600 m asl. and is among the highest located farmyards of the Valle di Selva dei Molini. Besides the cattle farming the fresh milk is processed to delicious cheese. Species-appropriate husbandry and feeding are the best conditions for unique products of high quality.

From Selva dei Molini towards Lappago, at the chapel (on the left) turn right into the Gornerstraße road which proceeds directly to the farm (approx. 4 km).
