The Obermalid farm is located at 900 m a.s.l. All the essential ingredients for the egg pasta produced here can be found directly on the farm, of which Jungbauer Philipp is particularly proud. Here not only spelt is cultivated, but also the very sensitive durum wheat thrives thanks to the sunny location. And the eggs are supplied by the farm's own free-range chickens. Everything is perfect for preparing the delicious mountain pasta!
Access route: Coming from Völs, drive to Seis and turn off left there to the village centre. Take the road to St Oswald for 3.5 km to the farm (follow signs).
