This vegetable and cattle farm lies in Laatsch in sunny Vinschgau valley and works in accordance with organic guidelines.

"Honest, healthy products as well as animal welfare and closed loop farming are a priority for us", explains Karin, the farmer. A variety of vegetables are processed by hand into fine jams and preserves as sold as long as stocks last.

Access route: Coming from Mals, drive in the Laatsch direction. After around 1.5 km, turn off right after the restaurant (Gasthof) and follow the road straight on until you get to the last farm on the edge of woodland. Sales from the farm on arrangement by telephone.
