At the Wegerhof farm several cheese specialities are produced.
The Wegerhof is located in the rear Val Passiria valley at 1,315 m a.s.l. in a sunny position. The Platter family lovingly produces yoghurt, butter and curd cheese as well as various cheese specialities. These mature in the farm's own cheese cellar until they reach their optimal taste. The delicious products are available at the farmers' markets in Merano (all year round) and Caldaro (from Easter to All Saints' Day) as well as in the farm shop.
Access route: Drive in the Timmelsjoch direction from Moos in Passeier. After 1 km, turn off for Stuls. Wegerhof is on the left-hand side at the start of the village of Stuls.
