Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, the Partschillerhof is located on the southern slope of Fiè allo Sciliar at 650 m a.s.l. Organic farmer Andreas Rungger is an expert in his field and produces various fruit and herb syrups as well as fruit spreads. The near-natural production of food is very important to him.
