Life is good at Rabensteinerhof farm for mother cows and their calves, as well as for our own-reared pigs.
In winter they are kept in their sunlit pen and in summer they go to the sunny mountain pasture. The Grauvieh and Limousin cross-breed results in a special feature of the oragnic meat. "As a trained cook, I put my experience to good use in the preparation of the meat cuts" states Peter, the farmer. The meat is available vacuum-packed and may be delivered free of charge.
Access route: Coming from Bolzano drive towards the Passo di Pennes. 10 km after the town sign of Campolasta the farm is located on the left side of the road (follow the sign).
