At the Rabensteinerhof, the mother cows with their calves and the pigs from own breeding are particularly happy.
At the Rabensteinerhof mother cow husbandry is practised. In winter, the cows and pigs live in the loose housing, in summer they are on the alpine pastures. "The crossbreeding of grey cattle and Limousin gives the organic meat a special fineness," explains farmer Peter. The meat is available vacuum-packed and delivered free to the door.
Access route: Coming from Bolzano drive towards the Passo di Pennes. 10 km after the town sign of Campolasta the farm is located on the left side of the road (follow the sign).
