At the Rabensteinerhof farm the suckler cows and their calves have a particularly good time.
At the Rabensteinerhof farm, suckler cow husbandry is a huge priority. In winter the cows and their calves are kept in a light-flooded open stable and in summer on the sunny alpine pastures. The crossing of grey cattle and Limousin gives the meat a special tenderness. Farmer Peter is a trained cook and is happy to pass on his experience in the preparation of the individual pieces of meat. The meat is available vacuum-packed.
