At the Hagneralm farm soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses are produced.

The Kafmann family has created their own paradise at 1,550 m asl. Surrounded by many animals the dairyman produces a wide range of cheeses from April until October. The cattle can run free also during the night and give thanks to this particular husbandry with best milk quality. Ideal requirements for unique cheese.

Access route:
In the Village centre of Nova Levante, at the tourist office, turn left towards the Hagnerweg path. After the little bridge the Hagnerweg path proceeds to the Hagneralm farm (about 45 minutes to walk). The farm is also accessible from the Passo Nigra mountain pass.
