Two farms make up the "Wipptal Herb Garden" - Steirerhof farm in the village of Wiesen/Val di Vizze and Botenhof farm in the village of Pflersch/Fleres. Herbs are cultivated on sunny slopes in accordance with strict organic guidelines. Herbs and blossoms are harvested by hand and turned into high quality products.

Access route: Steirerhof: When you arrive at Wiesen, before the hotel "Rose" turn left and follow the signs. The farmer's shop Steirerhof is open on Tuesday and Thursday from 4 pm - 6 pm. Botenhof: in Pflersch 2 km after the Ladurns ski area turn right. The farmer's shop Botenhof is open on Wednesday and Friday from 4 pm - 6 pm.
