The Neuhaus farm above Campo Tures in the Aurina Valley has specialised in the production of cheese delicacies. The best, herb-rich grass, natural, species-appropriate cattle husbandry are the basis for tasty, high-quality milk. With a lot of experience and motivation, a wide variety of matured semi-hard and soft cheeses refined with herbs are produced from this milk.

Access route: Drive from Campo Tures to Acereto. Go past the church and carry on straight ahead at the junction above the "Moosmair" restaurant. After about 400 m turn left (sign "Hofkäserei").
