The Langsteinhof is located at 700 m a.s.l. in a sunny area. Many apple varieties such as Golden Delicious, Gala, Baya Marisa (red-fleshed variety) or Mairac as well as the old pear variety "Palabirne" are cultivated here according to organic criteria. The range of crunchy dried fruit is correspondingly diverse, presenting a different spectrum of aromas depending on the variety.
