In the farm-based dairy Chi Prà numerous cheeses and yoghurt are produced
In the middle of the Dolomites, in the Gadertal/Val Badia valley, set at 1,400 metres a.s.l., the Valentin family is dedicated to producing various types of cheese and yoghurt following traditional methods. The farm's cheese dairy and small shop were opened in 2006. Animals are kept in conditions appropriate to the species, which, along with the lush green meadows and fields, guarantees that the products are of a consistently high quality.
Access route: From Bruneck/Brunico, drive in the direction of Gadertal/Val Badia to Corvara. Turn right about 0.5 km before the village of Badia and follow the signs to the farm.
