The Öbersthof is located at 1,340 m a.s.l. in Garn near Velturno. In addition to livestock farming, broiler chickens have also been kept since 2019. Thanks to the slow-growing wild broilers, regular exercise and organic fodder supplemented with hay and clover, the meat is particularly tender and juicy.
