In the heart of the Bolzano valley basin, the Komiss family has specialised in the production of a wide variety of dried fruit. The fruit, cut into rings, is gently dried, guaranteeing not only an intense flavour but also the preservation of important nutrients and natural aromas.

Access route: Coming from Bolzano/Bozen, turn left into the Moritzinger Feldweg at the junction with the hospital and left again 100 m down to road into Leopold Straße. After about 500 m, turn right and follow the road to the farm.
