At the Unteroltlhof farm delicate cheeses made from raw goat’s and cow’s milk are manufactured.

The Unteroltlhof farm (1,450 m asl.) at the end of the Valle di Sesto valley is located amidst herbal alpine meadows which are a paradise for the own goats and cows. In spring the goat’s milk is traditionally processed to delicious cheese. The goat’s cheese is only available in summer and autumn, whereas the cow’s milk cheese is also offered in winter at the own farm shop.
