At the Riemerhof farm in the Val d’Ultimo valley all is about syrups and salts
Aromatic herbs that are turned into cordials and flavoured salt thrive at Riemerhof farm in Ulten valley (1,200 m above sea level). "Thanks to the climate, our herbs grow more slowly on these farms and acquire an even more intensive aroma", explains Melanie Schwienbacher, the farmer. The result is cordials that make for a really distinctive taste experience.
Access route: Coming from Lana, turn off right shortly before the village centre of St. Walburg (before the bridge) and follow the road until you come to the church. The farm is right after that on the right-hand side.
