At the Unichhof farm fruit spreads, fruit syrups and bread are produced

The Unichhof is located in Aldino. The farm's fields extend from the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Bletterbach Gorge up to 1400 m a.s.l. Berry fruits of various kinds are processed into wonderfully fruity syrups and fruit spreads. The already existing old mill in the farm has been put back into operation. The farm's own grain is ground in it and processed into wonderfully spicy wheat, rye and spelt breads. In addition, delicious farmhouse bread is baked from the farm's own grain and fresh meat packages and bacon are offered.

Access route: From Aldino towards Lerch, at the sign "Bletterbach" turn right. After 2.5 km turn right again, the path leads directly to the farm (follow the signs).
