At the Fasslerhof farm the climate of the Val Pusteria valley gives rise to many delicacies.
Fasslerhof farm is situated on a small hill on the edge of the village of Niederdorf and is run by Alois Burger and his son Martin. Berries and wild fruits grow around the farm, which are then made into jams and cordials. A special fruit grown here is the chokeberry, which is native to nordic countries, and particularly thrives in Pustertal valley.
Access route: Turn off at the main square at Niederdorf in the direction of the parish church and drive over the bridge. Just behind, turn off right and follow the side road 100 m until you reach the fire station. Turn off left there and follow the road 150 m to the farm.
