At the Fasslerhof farm the climate of the Val Pusteria valley gives rise to many delicacies.
At the edge of the village of Villabassa, at a hillock, the Fasslerhof farm is located and farmed by Alois Burger and his son Martin. Around the farm wild fruits and berries grow, which are processed to delicate fruit spreads and syrups. Also two special fruits are cultivated here: the chokeberry and sea buckthorn. These wild fruits are native in the northern countries and thrive very well in the climate of the Val Pusteria valley.

At the main square of Villabassa drive towards the parish church and over the bridge. Immediately afterwards turn right and follow the side road for 100 m until the fire station. There turn left and follow the street for 150 m until the farm.
