Elisabeth Stolz from the Hubenbauer farm has won fame for her ice cream production. All berries, fruits and herbs for the fruit ice cream and sorbets are grown on the farm to achieve the best taste experience.The farm has also a farm inn and offers own wines, juices, Speck bacon and homebrew beer.

Open from Maundy Thursday until the 2nd Sunday in Advent. Closed from August 27 until September 21. Advance booking recommended.

Access route: Take the motorway exit "Bressanone" and go towards Varna. The Hubenbauer farm inn is located in the centre of the village right next to the church.
