Nestled in the gentle wine hills of S. Maddalena, guests can experience true rural hospitality here in lovingly restored walls while relaxing on the sun terrace.

Speck, smoked sausage, cheese, spare ribs with roast potatoes, omelettes, apple strudel and cakes. On request: sour soup, goulash soup, speck, spinach, cheese and liver dumplings, sour beef, potato cakes with Sauerkraut, sour pork rind, "Muas" (a type of cream made with flour and milk fried in a pan). In spring asparagus. In autumn meat cuts and house sausage with cabbage. Juices: apple, elderflower, peppermint and pineapple.

Sauvignon, St. Magdalener and Cabernet are produced on the farm from own grapes.
