The Steinerhof is located in the heart of the idyllic mountain village of Plan (Pfelders) and looks back on more than 400 years of history. Today, traditional dishes are served in the lovingly restored farmhouse parlours, all of which are prepared using ingredients from the farm itself and the surrounding region.
A particular highlight is the meat from the farm's own Tyrolean Grey cattle. Platter with bacon, Bündnerfleisch, Kaminwurzen, salami and cheese. Potato dumplings filled with ricotta, nettles, pumpkin or cabbage, depending on the season. Bacon, cheese, spinach and beetroot dumplings, ribbon noodles with beef ragout, dumplings with goulash.
Omelettes, Kaiserschmarrn, Buchteln, various cakes, strudel and South Tyrolean Krapfen.
Juices: apple, raspberry, redcurrant, elderberry, mountain herb, dandelion, lemon balm and mint juice
