Alta Badia skiing area

At the heart of the ski carousel Dolomiti Superski, at the Sella Group, there’s a really special skiing area: Alta Badia.

In the heart of the Dolomites there is the state-of-the-art ski region of Alta Badia. In this skiing area you can ski and snowboard on 130 km of slopes and access the famous Sella Ronda, which allows you to ski round the Sella Massif without removing your skis. The spectacular ski tour of the four Dolomite Passes passes also through the four Ladin valleys: Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Val di Fassa and Arabba. The tour, comprising 26 km of slopes, can be done easily in one day. In addition, there’s the First World War Tour which passes under the cliff walls of famed peaks like Lagazuoi, Conturines and Marmolada.

Also families will feel at ease! Several ski schools offer children’s courses, and the four ski kindergartens of the valley are meant for toddlers. In the meantime parents can take to the slopes and enjoy regional dishes at one of the rustic ski lodges. The Dolomiti Superski pass is valid in Alta Badia, comprising 12 skiing areas in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites (450 lift facilities, 1,200 km of ski slopes).
