The homemade spinach ravioli of Mrs. Fink are well-known among gourmets.
Winklerhof farm was first mentioned in records in 1314. Typical seasonal dishes from the Eisacktal valley mainly from the farm itself are the crowning glory or a rewarding walk along the Keschtnweg path. Guests can while away the time with a glass of wine on the sun terrace beneath the walnut tree or in one of the two rustic parlours. The farm also takes in Farm Holiday guests.
"Speck", cheese, smoked sausage, home-made bread from own grain, cheese gnocchi, "Schlutzer" spinach ravioli, spinach dumplings. Barley soup, cold and hot meat cuts with cabbage and dumplings, "Krapfen" pastries filled with spinach, as well as apple fritters to advance order. In spring herb gnocchi soup and neddle as well as asparagus dishes. In autumn on request, barley soup and plate with cabbage and dumplings. Juice: apple, blackcurrant, elderflower, raspberry and grape.
The 2019 Bronner reveals a rather neutral nose and displays fresh acidity in the mouth. The 2019 Sylvaner is strikingly aromatic and leaves a sweet impression in the mouth. The 2019 Vernatsch is simple, but typical. The 2019 Lagrein has a pure-toned fragrance and good acidic structure in taste.
Access route: On the road from Chiusa to Ponte Gardena turn right at the "Kalchgruber" trading estate and take the road to the hamlet of San Maurizio for about 2 km.
