Lake Caldaro Lido

The Lido on Lake Caldaro, the warmest bathing lake in the Alps, is an outdoor swimming pool with lake access and pedalo rental

There are several bathing establishments around Lake Caldaro on the Wine Road, called Seegarten, Gretl am See and Campi al Lago (Klughammer). A further one is the Lido in San Giuseppe al Lago, which opened in 2006 and offers a swimming pool and bar on its terrace and a large sunbathing lawn with access to the lake below. Visitors sunbathe on the wooden jetty, children play in the small, separate lake area, and the expanse of the lake begins beyond.

Surfers and sailors can be seen on the water. The Lido itself consists of sports, fun and children's pools, a rain room, a whirlpool and a grotto. There is also a playground and a beach volleyball court and you can rent a pedal boat to explore the lake with family and friends. There is a large car park in front of the Lido (fee required) and bus no. 138 also stops there. Three evenings in July and August, however, are dedicated to the Lake Stage Performance, an event with live music.
