It is called the "Rally of Sympathy": The Südtirol Classic Scena, which has been held in the Merano region for 35 years, is a Mediterranean rally in the heart of the Alps. It's not just about vintage vehicles, but also about the magnificent mountain world and the good South Tyrolean cuisine. Pleasure in many respects! The participants from all over Europe meet in the village with their Rolls Royces, Bentleys & Co. and then conquer the country roads and mountain passes.
Participation is open to properly registered vehicles built up to 1975. The routes are varied: 160 km through the Val Venosta valley, 178 km through the Valle Isarco valley including the Alpe di Siusi, 50 km through the Merano countryside, or 260 km across the most famous Dolomite passes. The supporting programme for spectators and car fans during the week of the event includes a car exhibition in the centre of Scena (Schenna) and the award ceremony on the final day.
