Situated amidst vineyards and fruit trees, the Rielingerhof offers plenty of peace and quiet. All grapes from the farm's own vineyard are processed into organic wines. In addition, organic meat and many different tasty fruits and vegetables from the farm are offered.
Home-made bread, "speck", smoked sausage, farmhouse salami, cheese, potatoes, "Schlutzkrapfen" ravioli with nettle filling, a variety of dumplings. In spring, potato dumplings with walnut and wild herb pesto, Easter ham with chicory, meat dishes from own cattle and sheep. In autumn, barley soup, spare ribs, sauerkraut, meat cuts, chestnuts. Cordials: apple, elderflower, raspberry and mint.
Blatterle, Kerner, Riesling and Vernatsch are produced on the farm from own grapes.

Opening times
Open from 14 February to 22 March on Saturday and Sunday, from 28 March to 21 June and from 5 September to 8 November from Tuesday to Sunday and from 14 November to 22 November on Saturday and Sunday. For the rest of the year reservations for 10 or more people are welcome.

Access route: Coming from Bolzano, at the first petrol station after the village of Auna di Sotto turn right towards Siffian and after 1 km turn right again. Follow the road downhill for another 4 km to the farm inn.
