The Schenk family welcomes you to their Buschenschank Buchnerhof in Laion. In the middle of the lush green meadows, the traditional Buschenschank invites you to a delicious stop. Here you will be spoiled with the best of the hearty South Tyrolean cuisine, with delicious regional specialities and farm own drinks.
Speck and cheese, barley soup, spinach ravioli, speck dumplings and meat cuts with kraut, omelettes, pancakes, fried spinach pancakes and fritters. In autumn chestnuts and nuts.On request: spinach or black plantain dumplings and roast spare ribs. Juices: elderflower, blackcurrant, raspberry, mulberry and apple.
Müller Thurgau, Portugieser and Zweigelt are produced on the farm from own grapes.

Opening times
Open from the beginning of September until the beginning of December from 12 noon. Closed on Mondays. Open from the beginning of January to the beginning of April from 4 pm. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Advance booking recommended.

Access route: From Chiusa towards Val Gardena. Just before the junction to Laion after the bus stop first turn right and then left again. After 500 m the Buchnerhof farm is located on the right (second house).
