The young Unterthiner family spoils their guests with excellent home-grown wines and typical South Tyrolean farmers cooking.

Ebner wine farm lies at the foot of the Ritten high plateau surrounded by vineyards. The farmer, Florian, produces excellent wines, while his wife is an experienced cook and confectioner who treats her guests to typical Tyrolean dishes, and now serves a delicious farm brunch.
"Schlutzer" spinach ravioli, a variety of soups, ravioli with seasonal fillings, spare ribs, cabbage salad with "Speck", freshly-baked "Krapfen" doughnuts, desserts with home-made ice cream. Roast rabbit to prior order. In spring, to prior order, farm brunch with home-made bread and desserts as well as fruit jams, freshly-squeezed fruit juices, "Speck", egg dishes, cheese and fruit. Juices: raspberry, elderflower and strawberry.
The 2019 Pinot Blanc displays a pleasant harmony of alcohol and acidity. The 2019 Veltliner is reminiscent of grassy notes and stone fruit in bouquet. The 2019 Sauvignon is shaped by a light citrus nose. The 2019 Vernatsch has an excellent aroma and pleasant freshness. The 2018 Zweigelt has a sour cherry and forest fruit aroma. The 2018 Pinot Noir is very strong and long on the palate.
Access route: Coming from Bolzano turn left about 100 m after entering the village of Campodazzo. Follow the road for 2 km and turn left after the small wooden bridge. The farm inn is located after 500 m.
