The young farm woman Karin Bracchetti has already established herself in the male vine-grower domain.
Already in 1135 the Föhrnerhof farm is mentioned in a document. The farm offers views across Bolzano, the Oltradige until the Bassa Atesina and insights into a long history.
Speck, home-made bread, spinach ravioli, spinach, cheese and beetroot dumplings, boiled beef, spare ribs, knuckle of pork, house sausage with cabbage, rabbit, lamb and mutton dishes – this is only a short abstract of specialities which are seasonally dished up at the farm inn.
Wine lovers are spoiled with Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Lagrein. The homemade juices, like apple, elderflower, peppermint, lemon balm and blackcurrant juice complete the range perfectly.

Open from mid-September to 20th December and from mid-January to the end of May from Thursday to Sunday and on public holidays from 12 am. Monday to Wednesday closed.
In Bolzano take the road to S. Genesio. Shortly before the third tunnel turn left into a narrow road (signpost). After 300 m the Föhrnerhof farm inn is located.
