Home-made bread, smoked sausage, "Speck", sour beef, a variety of soups and dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen" ravioli, "Krapfen" pastries. In spring, alternating spring salads, herb and curd cheese dumplings, potato ravioli with curd cheese and herb filling or game ragu, "Tirtlen" fritters, "Bauerngröstl" sautéed dish, game dishes, beef, pork or lamb dishes, home-made cakes or semifreddo. In autumn, cream of pumpkin soup, pumpkin ravioli, barley soup, meat cuts. Cordials: apple, elderflower, blackcurrant and mint.
The 2019 Kerner is fruity and typical for its variety as well as fresh and taste in the mouth. The 2019 Riesling displays a floral nose. Its exceptional acidity lends the wine its freshness. The 2019 Sylvaner is rather neutral in fragrance and warm and full in the mouth. The 2018 Zweigelt is reminiscent in fragrance of berry fruit and displays good tannic structure in the mouth.
Access route: Coming from Bolzano turn left at the fourth roundabout in Bressanone, past the SOS Children's Village towards Untereben. The Villscheiderhof is located after about 1.5 km.
