Wassererhof

The so-called “Farm by water” was already mentioned in a document in 1366.

The brothers Andreas and Christoph Mock have carefully renovated the ancient farm and combined existing parts with new elements. The result is a whole success. Particular ambience, fine home-grown wines and traditional farmers cooking make hearts of gourmets leap for joy at the Wassererhof.

Speck, “Kaminwurzen” (smoked sausages), cheese, various soups, cheese and speck dumplings, lamb, homemade sausages with cabbage, venison goulash with red cabbage and chestnut pasta – this is only a short abstract of typical delicacies which are seasonally dished up at the farm inn.

The home-grown wines go perfect with theses specialities. Sauvignon, St. Magdalener, Zweigelt and Cabernet can be tasted. Homemade juices like apple, raspberry and elderflower juice complete the range excellently.
