Architectural project models of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano can be admired in the little Archimod Museum

The Structural Engineering Department of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano is showing 50 3D models of its work to the public in a small exhibition area in the Bolzano Industrial Zone. These include squares and schools, museums and hospitals, housing estates and roads, tunnels and bridges. All projects exhibited in Archimod Urban Space were either realised within the last 30 years or are currently in the planning or construction phase.
The small museum in the Via Giotto road can already be recognised from the outside by the Archimod logo, but its size means that it can only accommodate a small number of visitors, who can view the projects by appointment. In addition to the examples of the various projects, the site itself is also intended to represent urban innovation: The abandoned building in Bolzano's Industrial Zone was given a new purpose in 2016 and transformed into an innovative and inspiring place as a museum instead of falling into decay in the course of the years.
So Archimod Urban Space was transformed into an Ideas Workshop and a cultural place for events, discussions, brainstorming and exchange. And how to reach it? The Via Giotto road is easily accessible by public transport, parking is limited. Only 1.5 km away, also in the Bolzano Industrial Zone, there is another museum, the private Cinema Museum Bolzano (Cinè Museum).
