The foundation in Bolzano is entirely dedicated to the promotion of contemporary art and organises various exhibitions.

Near the valley station of the San Genesio Cable Car, which was shut down in 2020, the residence of the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation has been located since 2011. Parts of the art collection of the founder and art collector Antonio Dalle Nogare are displayed here, and various special exhibitions are also organised, artist residencies are offered and guided tours - also for schools - are held. The artistic year includes two site-specific solo exhibitions by international artists and 7 Fondazione Live Events in collaboration with local cultural associations.
Its aim is to convey contemporary art to those interested in art and architecture in two languages - German and Italian - and to kindle a dialogue between art, architecture, innovation and artistic research. The headquarters in the Via Rafenstein road on the outskirts of Bolzano is ideal for this. It was designed according to plans by the architects W. Angonese and A. Marastoni. Among other things the porphyry hewn from the rock was used for construction.
And how to reach the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation - "Stiftung Antonio Dalle Nogare" in German, "Fondazione Antonio Dalle Nogare" in Italian? It is located in the Via Rafenstein road on the outskirts of Bolzano towards San Genesio (Jenesien). The bus no. 156 (Bolzano - San Genesio) stops there. There is usually a Long Evening once a month on Friday.
