The South Tyrolean Wine Road Weeks between Salorno and Nalles take place from mid-April to the beginning of June.

The South Tyrolean Wine Road Weeks - “Südtiroler WeinstrassenWochen” in German, “Vino in Festa” in Italian - are a cultural and enogastronomical festival, which offers numerous events and special meetings introducing you to the high quality wines grown in these southern part of the region. There are lectures, wine tastings, cultural events, wine festivals and guided tours to the most beautiful spots along the Wine Road, in order to discover and experience wine.
The highlights of the eight weeks long festival include the Wine Day, the little Wine ABC, the Wine Excursion Day “Explore Experience Enjoy” in Caldaro and the Saint Urban’s Night in Terlano, as well as EppanCulinaria, the Pinot Noir Nights in Ora, Montagna, Egna and Salorno, and the Sauvignon Experience. Moreover, there are the Gewürztraminer Wine and Walking Day, the famous Pinot Noir Days in the wine villages of Egna and Montagna and the conferment of the title “Master of Wine”, one of the highest awards in the wine sector.
Among the beautiful locations there are the Lanserhaus building in Appiano and the Cortaccia Winery as well as the South Tyrolean Wine Museum, the San Michele Winery and many other special spots. The grand finale is the Wine Cellar Night, scheduled on the last day of the South Tyrolean Wine Road Weeks. On this special evening the wineries and cellars along the Wine Road stay open till midnight and offer an entertainment programme with exhibitions, live music, culinary delicacies and of course… a great variety of wines!
