"125 Years of Tourism in Campo Tures 1885-2010" or "30 Years of the Street Kitchen" (to be celebrated in 2026) - there are certainly enough reasons to celebrate in Campo Tures. Often copied, yet it remains the original: The "Tauferer Strassenküche" (street kitchen) invites you to enjoy good food and the summer on long Tuesday evenings in midsummer.
Pizza, dumplings, salads and organic beef goulash meet here - the best of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. You can watch the chefs and see how the delicacies are prepared. The evenings are accompanied by live music, street performers, acrobats, and kids entertainment by "The farmhouse gang", the summer children programme in the Tures and Aurina Valleys.
Shopping after dark, the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Visitor Centre in Campo Tures remains open and Tures Castle invites you to a special evening tour... the Campo Tures Food Festival provides a comprehensive range of activities. Depending on the edition, a special scheduled bus is also offered to bring visitors safely back to Brunico and Cadipietra late at night. If you are coming by car: Parking spaces are available at the entrance to the village.
