The Valle Isarco and the Upper Valle Isarco provide numerous walking opportunities. Particularly popular destinations include the Odle Group and the corresponding Puez-Odle Nature Park. The lower-lying alpine pastures of the Villandro Alp and the Rodengo Alp are also highly favoured.

This area includes one of Europe's highest pilgrimage sites: the chapel next to the Santa Croce di Lazfons Hut. You will also find themed trails here, such as the WoodyWalk Plose, and the highest mountain refuge in South Tyrol at 3,195 metres above sea level, the Gino Biasi al Bicchiere Hut.
