High above Sarentino, a wide variety of specialities made from sheep’s milk are conjured up at the Gartenbachhof farm

At the Gartenbachhof farm, located at 1,360 metres a.s.l. in the Val Sarentino valley, 32 dairy sheep and usually around 10 lambs live. They enjoy grazing on wonderful pastures and are growing up with their mothers. Young farmer Daniel processes the valuable sheep's milk every day into fruity yoghurt and the finest fresh and semi-hard cheese without artificial additives.
