The organic farm Unterschweig is situated in a wonderfully sunny location in San Nicolò in the Val d'Ultimo valley. The farm has specialised in cheese production from the farm's own cow's milk with great success. The farm cheese dairy produces mainly butter and raw milk cheeses, but all other types are also recommendable. The herb cheeses are very much appreciated by the customers, they have a spicy taste and are of the best quality.

Access route: From Lana into the Val d'Ultimo valley until S. Nicolò. Past the church follow the signs "Bio-Hof Unterschweig" along the road for about 5 km.
