David Perathoner made his dream come true in 2011 by setting up a farm at 1,250 metres above sea level. "My love of goats made me pursue this passion", explains David, a relative newcomer to farming. Now the farm is home to over 60 goats from the "Bunte Edelziege" breed producing top-quality organic milk, which is turned into delicious "Caciotta" cheese and fruity drinking yoghurt.
