Moosbauerhof farm has been producing organic apple cider since 2002 under the name ”Floribunda”.
"Our aim is to turn the wide variety of apple tastes into a thrilling taste experience", emphasizes Theolinde, the farmer. Naturally cloudy and unsulphured variations on cider with a unique taste are created thanks to the fermentation of juicy apples with elderflower blossom and quince.
